These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of Harmain VIP Taxi Services, including our website, applications, technology, and platform (collectively, the “Harmain Platform”). By accessing or using the Harmain Platform, you agree to these terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein.

Acceptance of Terms

In accessing or using the Harmain Platform you agree to these Terms and Conditions as if you have read and understood them. If you do not accept these terms do not use the Harmain Platform. Any changes to the present terms will be considered as you have read and agreed with them through your continued use of the Harmain Platform.

Services Provided

 Harmain VIP Taxi Services is an Application that brings together the people who want to be transported popularly referred to as ‘Riders’ with those people willing to transport, ‘Drivers’. All these services are grouped under the Taxi Services offering while services provided by Harmain VIP Taxi Services Company directly are labelled as the Harmain Services not including other services by third party.

Eligibility and Account

To be able to open the access to the Harmain Platform, the User has to be 18 years old and have a legal capacity to execute this Agreement. During registration, you will be asked to provide certain personal information and by registering with us you confirm that you will not reveal your account details to any third party and that you are fully responsible for all activities under your account. While using our website, you will not be allowed to transfer your account to any third party, or create several accounts belonging to different people.

Use of Services

You confirm that you will not violate any laws or regulations in your use of the Harmain Platform. You are respectively held liable for the input of right information and for whatever transpire as a result of use of wrong or incomplete information. The services you will get through the platform may not be used for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Charges

The use of Taxi Services may attract tariffs called (“Charges”,) may comprise fare, tolls, and every other fee that may apply. The service provision can be charged depending on the type of services offered, location of the service provision, time taken among other factors. These VIP Taxi Services presented by Harmain come with the policy of the firm’s prerogative to alter the prices and fees whenever it deems necessary.

Payment

TAXI SERVICE – Payment for taxi services are made through independent payment service providers. You give Harmain VIP Taxi Services permission to deduct the Charges from your payment source. All payments made for service are non refundable subject to the provisions of the law. Harmain VIP Taxi Services may change the rates and payment policies and procedures and you will be informed of the changes.

Conduct and Responsibilities

You confirm that you are going to conduct your self in a proper manner and adhere to any instructions given by Harmain VIP Taxi Services. In this case, any form of violation of the above rules will attract suspension or termination of your account. You are solely liable for any loss, destruction or damages done to the Driver’s property particularly vehicles and his/her cleaning expenses wherever needed.

Intellectual Property

Every information, logo or any other trademarked material available on the Harmain Platform belongs to Harmain VIP Taxi Services or its licensors. You may not, for example, copy, adapt or distribute content which is available through the Harmain Platform without the express authorization of Harmain.

Modifications

The Terms & Conditions mentioned here contain the entire agreement between you and Harmain VIP Taxi Services and it is subject to change from time to time. Any changes will also be communicated on the Harmain Platform and shall take effect as and when posted. These changes or addition are effective once you continue to use the platform, and it means that you have accepted to be bound by the changes.

Dispute Resolution

All controversies and disagreements concerning the Terms & Conditions or the usage of the Harmain Platform will be solved through arbitration as per the rules of arbitration that apply. As a user of the Harmain Platform you may not have a right to a trial by jury or any other trial by a jury and no class actions are allowed.

Limitation of Liability

At Harmain VIP Taxi Services, the client understands that the solution does not cover indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use of the platform. To the extent for which we could be held legally liable for loss or damage, our responsibility is limited by law. Third party services’ usage and services are offered at the users risk and we disclaim all liability towards any loss or damage resulting from the same.

Governing Law

These terms will be construed under the law of the state where Harmain VIP Taxi Services is located, and any applicable law will be a law of the state of the company not the conflict of law. Where disputes cannot be settled through arbitration they will be brought before the state or federal courts of that state.

Promotion

A promotion, refer and word, or buy one get one free offer. Harmain VIP Taxi, without any notice to any of the Users or prospective/ potential UA, may introduce/couple with various promotional schemes, referral methodologies and loyalty programs with diverse characteristics for Users. Harmain VIP Taxi may also cancel or void the credit/reward which accompanying with a promotion or program, if Harmain VIP Taxi consider that the redemption for the promotion or the receipt of the credit/benefit is wrong, dishonest or unlawful or in any way that breach the promotion/program rules and regulation or this Agreement. Harmain VIP Taxi shall be entitled to unilaterally amend or alter or set limits on any of the provisions of these terms and conditions or withdraw, suspend or cancel any of the offers/programs at any point of time without any prior notice to you.

Harmain VIP Taxi’s Referral program may offer you a chance to have incentives to bring your friends and families to join as new Users at the Harmain VIP Taxi Platform in your region (the “Referral Program”). The Referral Program implies your compliance with this Agreement and such other Referral Program rules as may apply.
