Refund Eligibility

      • Full Refunds: Available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

      • Partial Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

    Non-Refundable Situations

        • Late Cancellations: No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the pickup time.

        • No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for missed rides due to passenger delay or no-shows. It is essential to be at the pickup location on time.

      Refund Process

          • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking details and reason for cancellation.

          • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

        On-Site Changes

            • Vehicle Upgrade: Additional charges apply if you switch to a larger vehicle.

            • Waiting Time: We allow up to 2 hours at the airport and 1 hour at other locations. Beyond this, we may cancel the trip without a refund.

          Exceptional Circumstances

              • Cancellation by Us: If we cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided. No further claims will be accepted.

              • Vehicle Issues: If a vehicle issue occurs, we may provide an alternative vehicle. We are not liable for delays or extra costs.
